Progressor uses account, subscription, and payment metadata to provide Premium access and customer support.

Payment data

Payment card details are processed by the external payment provider. Progressor stores payment identifiers, status, amount, currency, and subscription metadata, but does not store full card numbers.

Account data

We use your Progressor account email to identify the subscription owner, provide access, and respond to support requests.
